Charles Hoffacker is a successful visual artist who has shown in numerous galleries nation wide. His work has been featured in publications such as Vice Magazine, ESPN magazine and numerous others. Conversely, He is a New Orleans Police officer who has occupied numerous positions such as Homicide Detective, Sniper/Overwatch operator, and taken a large role in the EPIC program (Ethical Policicing is Courageous) which has been utilized by police reform nation wide to employ ethical police reform.
