Help doctors and medical groups to survive a changing healthcare environment

Speare is a Critical Access Hospital employing 20 practitioners in departments of the hospital including two RHCs. I was the second professional placed in this leadership role. We created infrastructure (an effective practice management structure, a governance body, financial monitoring, standard physician contracts, compensation models, an EMR), and reduced losses in the physician owned practices. We rebuilt primary care, successfully recruited key practitioners, bridging the practices to the hospital along the way.
