•Identifying variations and potential high risk areas in securing adherence to standards and procedures •Recommending corrective action plans and improvements in the resolution of non-compliance with standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures •Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues •Testing, identifying and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems, and programming code within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure systems perform to specification •Performing organisational systems architecture reviews and assessments, and recommending current and future hardware and software strategies and directions •Creating and reviewing technical documentation such as procedural, instructional and operational guides and manuals, technical reports and specifications and maintenance inventory systems•Report generation, analysis and trends on channel performance over time.•System monitoring, incident and root cause analysis, system performance analysis.•Non functional tests including performance testing using J-meter

•Engage in activities assigned and coordinate with the respective BAU team to synchronize the activities that will deliver the project.•Work with the users to confirm business requirements•Participate in requirements gathering process for areas assigned•Identify the Critical Success Factors.•Identify processes & procedures that require change and facilitate the change required•Risks & Control: Identify and ensure sufficient controls are inbuilt within the processes•Ensure the new processes comply with the manual and the policy.•Work with the Users to document the processes in preparation for the delivery of the assigned project deliverables•Work with the Users to document the business processes as per the requirement of projects deliverables•Engage the business to ensure necessary changes are adapted and sign offs are obtained•Test cases formulation – Facilitate formulation of all relevant Business test cases •Prepare & document a comprehensive User Training manual by the beginning of UAT.•Develop/ Review a comprehensive training plan •Administer the training content covering the areas of their training needs
