Notable projects include integrating the technology of 9 healthcare practices from 3 independent organizations into one system, eliminating more than 100 hours of downtime for a client by replacing an antiquated technology infrastructure with a more robust solution, developing new server, storage, and networking solutions for a client to reduce connectivity costs by 80%, and creating automated reporting for a client that helped them double their revenues. ☑ As an internal technology director, introduced a preventative maintenance system that significantly reduced emergency cases, improved remote management and monitoring (RMM) tools, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars, and eliminated all Ransomware threats.☑ As a top business development contributor, personally signed 33% of total recurring revenue, increased customer referrals 5-fold, and pivoted sales methodology to grow managed service client size from 50 to 300+ users.

Joined Winstar as intern; promoted to network engineer; remained with Sayers Consulting after acquisition of Winstar's Professional Services Division.☑ Performed server and networking projects for clients including Windows 2000 migrations, Exchange 5.5 to 2000 migrations, Cisco switch and firewall implementations, and Active Directory configuration.
