Currently, I lead SodexoMagic, a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE). I prioritize developing strong relationships with partners and their business models to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive success.Since launching SodexoMagic in 2006, I have helped make it the fastest-growing majority minority-owned food and facility service company in the U.S. Through my leadership, SodexoMagic has formed strategic partnerships with some of the largest corporations, healthcare systems, and educational school districts worldwide.Before returning to SodexoMagic, I founded Ideal Concepts Group, a consulting firm specializing in strategy, government relations, and supplier diversity. Additionally, I served as Vice President and Partner of F.H. Paschen in Chicago, a General Contractor and Construction Management firm generating $800 million in annual revenue.As a Chicago native who graduated from Tuskegee University, I believe that economic empowerment is crucial for building healthy communities.
