With a career with more than 20 years, I have been at the forefront of digital transformation in the automotive sector, leading sales and marketing strategies and implementing innovative business models. Currently, as the Head of Retail Sales and Digital Strategy at GWM Brazil, I am leading the development of a new integrated retail model that cross all journeys as car sales, financial services, parts, accessories, services, etc.My expertise has always been in implementing new business models and solutions focused on customer experience. I highlight the digitalization project of the car rental company UseCar, where I led the initiation of a new business model with significant business expansion through pioneering subscription car programs, supported by a 360o digital and customer-centric ecosystem.It is also worth mentioning that I used to work more than 17 years in Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Innovation areas at VW.
