My years in the work force have given me experience in many areas! I have experience training new employees, scheduling, inventory management, systems management, project management, CRM & more! In my previous role I managed an employee time clock for 25+ employees at any given time. In this role I assisted with inventory management using the FIFO method and occasionally assisted in inventory procurement. In this role I also assisted in training new employees and cross training existing employees in new positions when needed. I frequently assisted in improving existing process efficiency and quality.In my current role I do a great deal of CRM, client billing, document & project management. I frequently deal with technical support teams to resolve issues that arise with our various applications. I had a significant role in a system migration between two client portal & document management systems at this company & I assisted both our clients and our staff in this transition.
