Provide peer support to members within the Old Dominion EMS Alliance (ODEMSA) territory and beyond. Through proven practices, taught through the Stress First Aid model, we support, foster and guide members to reduce the stress reaction among fire, EMS or hospital personnel. We can provide one-on-one or group interventions to ensure safety, reduce the risk of more severe stress reaction and promote recovery. We are not counselors; however, if the need arises, clinicians are available for more professional level counseling.
