Applications EngineerResponsible for integration and maintenance of CNC controls on Plasma cutting machines developed and manufactured by 3D Manufacturing/CNC PrecisionCut. Duties include subsystem design, developing production drawings, and training customers on the equipment and production from CAD drawing to finished product.· Installed and maintained Network cable, Routers, Switches and Computers· Designed, installed and maintained electrical and electronic systems on CNC Plasma cutting machines. Including the CNC controllers, High Definition power supplies and high speed torch lifters.· Developed drawings using CAD/CAM software of new designs and existing subassemblies to be used in automated CNC fabrication.· Developed as-built drawings for use in production manufacturing and as a part of manuals and training material.· Developed 3 dimensional concept models of equipment during the design process.
