Working as an Account Manager for Ingenuity. Intensive work which covers a wide range of business functions. Currently working end to end on 3 accounts which I manage personally.Responsibilities include: Lead generation, Campaign planning, Campaign activation and just general admin work that clients may need. Having and seeing the fun in things makes the small things in life feel bigger.

I worked as a Business Development Exec (BDE) which meant I dealt with lead generation as well as the sales side of the business. Using the company's CRM to isolate warm leads and also to further qualify them through market research to see viability. Sales side was exciting, with phone calls and emails with clients which gave me the right skill and confidence to sell myself as well as the product.

Working with customers and engaging with them to cater to their needs. I help build long term relationships to help ensure return customers. I do this through excellent customer service and solid product knowledge. Thought this role I have also have experience working towards specific KPI's and company goals.

Working through the University of Brighton to Help Making It Out with a business plan to help them as a business to grow and become more streamline. In this role I made sure everyone was on the same page, through emails, calls and video conferences. I also did a lot of market research on external/internal factors that the business may face.

Working within a warehouse, my organisation skills were tested along side my time management ones. Working in Hong Kong I had to switch between different languages constantly. This was extremely hard since it wasn't just the language that I was switching between it was also the culture. How I had to act when dealing with Chinese locals in bars greatly differs to how I conversed and interacted with the "British" side of Hong Kong. I have my multicultural upbringing to thank and it made working in different environments fun and exciting.
