- Lead the design, development, support, and documentation of complex Salesforce solutions using Pipeline and/or SFRA based Salesforce architectures- Assist in the scope/ estimation of work effort, determination of required resources and schedule development- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and other members of the technology team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives- A primary participant in the planning and execution of migrating SiteGenesis (Pipeline) based applications to SFRA- Participate in peer code reviews and regular team stand-ups via Agile development cycles- Create technical documentation and process diagrams to help understand current and future state of overall system, integrations, and other touch points- Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices- Manage team of developers in the build-out of various web, ecommerce, and mobile applications- Development and implementation of accessibility / ADA requirements- Define the implementation and coding approach for customizations, interfaces, system architecture, data flow and data architecture / data models
