-Responsible for installation and set up of (RWIS) Roadway Weather Information System from Vaisala.- Commission, test, and troubleshoot (ITS) Intelligent Traffic Systems for the LBJ (Lyndon B Johnson) Express and NTE (North Tarrant Express) project in North Texas.- Install advanced traffic management devices and provide software and firmware updates.- Install IP CCTV (Fixed and Pan/Tilt) cameras and perform configurations for use on a private network for traffic monitoring though a Head-End Software.- Use of high-speed media such as RS-232 to RS-485 converters, serial to USB, fiber patch-cables to set-up and configure roadway smart devices.- Terminate Ethernet, RJ-45, AC power, DC power, low-voltage communications cables, and various cabling for electrical and electronic devices.- Make changes to electrical/electronic wiring and devices to support system improvements and upgrades.- Setup gantry devices for Electronic Toll Collection systems
