With over 8 years of experience in the skills development and lifelong learning sector, I am currently an Assistant Director at SkillsFuture SG, where I lead and manage multiple strategic initiatives and projects to support the national SkillsFuture movement. My core competencies include project management, stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, and programme design and evaluation. I am passionate about empowering individuals and enterprises to acquire and apply skills for career and personal growth, as well as enhancing the quality and relevance of the training ecosystem. As part of the SkillsFuture SG team, I contribute to the mission of building a culture of lifelong learning and a resilient and adaptable workforce in Singapore. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different roles and functions across the organization and its predecessor, the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. I am also proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Bradford.
