Lead engineer for MCI metro ethernet trials. Worked with Product Managers to road map & deliver firmware to add, change, or fix functionality based on customer requirements. Excellent customer CSAT throughout trials. Created first 10G HPC network designs for most DoE labs including LLNL, LBNL, SNL, ORNL, and NCSA/Chicago primarily for Beowulf clusters.
