An example of sales enablement increased sales agents’ capacity by 7% by eliminating a process and improved the employee experience. I am a seasoned Insurance executive with an MBA focused on designing strategy, communicating it, and leading change through operational execution. I am known as a leader, collaborator, and problem solver, who provides thought leadership to colleagues and leverages data to guide decisions. I have led projects from conception through design, to execution ensuring large groups of impacted stakeholders are supported through the organizational change management process.
