• Offered Value Education to the young people in the parish and schools which transformed to social and moral change to hundreds of young people and children• Trained youth on various programmes concerning peace, conflict management, active – Nonviolence, Human trafficking awareness and personal skills for growth. • In my capacity I managed to train various groups of leaders on leadership, development and personal skills.• Solicited funds for youth programmes and Social welfare management. • I managed to train thousands of people concerning matters of faith which enhanced spiritual and personal growth and humanity• During this period, I offered over a several mentorship programmes on career, relations and life skills, Character development, value based leadership; child rights and child protection, business development to young people in the parish and schools thus helping them to be responsible people in the society.

• Mobilized and advocated for primary and secondary education for the young refugees in the camp.• I enhanced the partnership of Don-Bosco projects with UNHCR and World Food Programme (WFP) for refugees in the Centre thus helping the centre acquire Food For Learning (FFT) and Food for Peace• I facilitated Networking activities with local administrations and other Agencies in Kakuma and Lodwar thus creating good rapport among such communities• I facilitated Lobbying and advocacy sessions on human rights where many refugees accessed education and other services though such programmes.• I carried out tens of training on Capacity building, human trafficking awareness to the refugees, children rights and child protection thus facilitating self confidence in them in various levels of life.• I offered various Trainings to the refugees in food handling, water sanitation and hygiene thus enhancing personal and social hygiene.• I developed a quarterly report writing to the donors thus making it easier to compile the report at the end of the year. This improved the donor relations.• I facilitated several Training of trainers (ToT) in justice, peace and reconciliation and conflict management and Active-Non - violence. This enhanced deep cohesiveness among the communities in the camp and the host community.
