Duties and Responsibilities• Assisting in depot and warehouse location identification• Supporting the depot and warehouse set up processes• Supervising the depot and warehouse operations for in the region.• Training depot staff/ sales agents whenever necessary• Set sales targets with management and work to meet set targets.• Grow sales volumes by identifying and maintaining B2B customers in the region.• Grow sales volumes by growing stockist/agro-vet, group customers and wholesellers and retailers for FMCG.• Assist other departments’ operations e.g. signed delivery note submission, debt collection, ERP technical support etc• Supporting partner supplier operations in the region to grow volumes.• Driving ERP installations in agrovets in the region.• Arranging for farmer trainings for both co-operative and depot customers• Guiding marketing strategy & activity in the region• Supporting Digi Farm and other partner activities in the region• Reporting on progress, challenges and making recommendations• Advising on overall company sales growth on farm inputs and FMCG.
