I work directly to support sales to our domestic and international clients including network of resellers and integrators. I coordinate the release of new products to our customers including pricing and developing and managing product annoncements and collateral. I also work directly with our manufacturing to develop skus and upc codes and introduce these to our resellers and end users.I support our customers directly to resolve any issues with new or existing products and work with internal staff to resolve those issues. Customer and business development is also part of these efforts.
