My current role encompasses both existing and newly acquired responsibilities, including an enhanced focus on outreach initiatives. These initiatives entail a range of strategic actions, such as Cold Calling, Emailing, and Messaging, with the overarching objective of initiating meaningful connections. A pivotal aspect of my role involves driving the initial outreach process, with the ultimate aim of facilitating engagements between candidates and my senior partner.

My role encompasses the following key responsibilities: Proactively identifying potential candidates for new job orders as they arise. Collating comprehensive candidate information and meticulously inputting their profiles into our CRM software, Dynamics. Collaborating closely with colleagues to formulate refined Recruitment Qualification Summaries (RQS) and meticulously crafted Job Descriptions for each search. This collaborative approach ensures alignment with client expectations and aids in the precise identification of candidates who align with client requirements.
