Associate Director Downstream
Current-Leads Downstream Staff hiring-Cross departmental collaboration to promote partnerships and achieve shared goals-Assists Managers, Supervisors and other Senior Staff members in the development and implementation of policies, programs and objectives.-Develop and formulate short and long term goals with leadership team and staff-Mentor in developing direct reports and other leaders throughout the site-Coach, develop and challenge direct reports and provide constructive criticism in real time to promote awareness and transparency-Serve as a role model for KBI’s values-Promote compliance and safety both within and outside the department-Organized and/or participated in tours in the Manufacturing area for customers/clients-Manages the establishment of procedures for maintaining high standards of Manufacturing operations-Department approver for Deviations, CAPA’s and Change Controls-Workstream lead for various projects that promote ergonomics, efficiency, safety and productivity while simultaneously reducing cost and waste-Participate in the site deviation/CAPA forum and ensure collaborative interactions with manufacturing, MSAT, QA/QC, and the supply chain functions are aligned with investigation progress and results-Advocate for promoting growth, sustainability and progress for the people and the company
