In my current role I work as a Relationship Manager, working directly with Kindertons work providers. I act as a bridging point between Operations and Sales and liaise directly with points of contact at each work provider, as well as board level internally. The role demands strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally, whilst effective time management is essential to cover the different demands of the client base.

After a period of being a Team Leader on several different teams and departments along the claims journey, I was successful in my application for the role of Team Manager on the FNOL department. The job brought with it a different level of pressure in terms of managing performance and pushing towards attainable goals, and where these results fit in to the wider success of the company as a whole.

After three years’ experience handling claims I progressed to the role of Team Leader in the On-Hire department. The job role demands leadership, communication and management skills to help in setting and achieving targets.

I started my career at Kindertons as a claims handler. The job role encompasses a wide range of different skills from customer services to sales and time management.
