AER is a successful indie record label with national distribution in the United States and a solid track record. Small, focused and dedicated we have released only 4 CD's since 2003 but have 8 nationally charted hits from those CD's.

Million Dollar Artists provides management and representation for artists, musicians and those in the entertainment industry. Our extensive background and knowledge of the industry allows us to work with artists to create short and long term strategic plans to advance their careers and income. In 2006 one of our artists was named "Country Band of the Year." Another of our artists was named a 2009 Country Breakthrough Artist of the Year. Both awards are from radio stations reporting to New Music Weekly Magazine, a Los Angeles based publication.

Million Dollar Ideas, Inc. does strategic planning, advertising, marketing, promotions, public relations and direct marketing for clients which have included such giants as Southwestern Bell Telephone and Coca Cola. MDI Inc is also the parent company for other ventures: Million Dollar Artists (management firm) American Eagle Recordings (record label) and othersIn the last few years I have concentrated my efforts in the entertainment industry. Related Experience: Author, speaker, presenter for major regional and national conferences including “The Success Symposium” sponsored by the Small Business Administration and Southwestern Bell, the Oklahoma Governors’ Conference on Small Business and the Texas Governors Conference on Small Business. Accomplishments: Initially hired to speak at Success. After the first seminar which was poorly attended, I proposed a test mailing of a package I designed against their control. My package took Success programs from red ink to black.

RCA was a full service counseling practice including 4 state licensed therapists and a supervising psychologist.

The Relationship Centers Inc. was an introduction service. Think of E-Harmony but with licensed professional counselors as part of the screening and education process. We did research on relationships, introduced people to each other and gave them the educational opportunities and knowledge to make better choices.Related Experience: In addition to my other responsibilities I was responsible for the entire marketing, advertising, direct marketing and public relations programs for the company. I appeared on just about every morning drive time radio show in St. Louis. I hosted the weekly radio show “InterAct....All About Relationships,” and interviewed prominent local and national experts in relationships. Accomplishments: Married 400 members in 5 years with low divorce rate.I sold this company to Great Expectations in 1996. Great Expectations adopted some of practices developed at TRC nationwide. Much of the E-Harmony system is based on our concept. One of my advisory board, Dr. Helen Fisher, is now chief science officer at Chemistry.com

MRA is a company that does marketing and strategic planning. I was originally hired to head the Direct Marketing Division of the firm. Within six months I also headed up the Account Executive (Advertising) Group as well as the Public Relations Group.
