Control and prevent the loss of money and merchandise by deterring internal and external theft. Ensuring all associates in the store are following proper procedures and complying with company policies. Responsibilities include: - Scheduling 8 asset protection associates - Training all store new hires - Reviewing video for cash handling procedures, vendor receiving, and associate compliance - Implementing safety plans for the store along with building a safety culture within the store - Using various reports and video to identify internal and external theft and build cases with local law enforcement - Creating and keeping detailed case reports to assist with prosecution of both internal and external thefts - Managing overall safety, security, and emergency planning for the facility - Create and analyze reports to assist in identifying and preventing company losses

Process various online orders from customers by finding the product and shipping it. During peak seasons train and supervise up to 50 temporary workers and ensure that they process orders accurately and efficiently.

Served as a Combat Infantryman in Operation Enduing Freedom in Afghanistan maintaining perimeter security of Bagram Air Base by standing guard in towers, roving patrols and manning entry points. Conducted combat patrols to ensure no enemy activity in the immediate area. Secured President Karzi and his palace in the event of an attack within Quick Reaction Task Force. Provided security for Laura Bush during her visit to Kabul Afghanistan in 2005. Supported Operation Iraqi Freedom by conducting convoy logistic patrols throughout western Iraq. Secured and escorted up to 50 civilian and military vehicles to various US bases.
