I am a supply chain and logistics executive with over 25 years experience across a broad range of industry sectors in operational and consultancy roles.Specialist knowledge and experience in freight procurement and management compliment my capabilities in logistics infrastructure design, network planning, distribution centre operations, inventory management and optimisation.While at Woolworths I was centrally involved in the formulation and implementation of freight strategy to develop Secondary and Primary freight capability and its operational deployment across the re-engineered DC network. As both a consultant and organisational employee I have been involved in multiple freight management, distribution network service and inventory reviews involving both 3PL and inhouse service provision that have resulted in sustainable performance improvements.A proven competency in supporting supply chain strategy development, implementation planning and delivery is supported by my operational experience and practicality. I now enjoy the stimulating and satisfying role of providing supply chain consultancy services to a range of industry clients.
