After graduating from University of Delaware in the Spring of 1999 Charles began working as a territory sales manager for Factory Authorized Medical Scope Repair. The position included technically-oriented sales of repairs to flexible and rigid endoscopes and other surgical equipment.In 2002 Charles joined childhood friend, Steven Welch at the start-up, Mitos Technologies, Inc. In 5 short years Charles helped lead the company through multiple product launches, business ventures and impressive growth until the company's eventual acquisition by Parker Hannifin. In February 2009, Charles joined AllPure as Product Manager. Under Charles' guidance, AllPure's lead product, TAKEONE aseptic sampling system, was launched in 2009. AllPure expanded the TAKEONE & QUICKSEAL product offerings and added new products such as MYCAP bottle closures to the company's patent portfolio. Sartorius-Stedim acquired AllPure in April of 2014, making Charles 2 for 2 in high-tech entrepreneurial ventures.Charles remains with Sartorius as Senior Product Manager with primary responsibilities to accelerate the growth of the AllPure products and launch new innovations by the AllPure business unit.Charles seeks opportunities to help biopharmaceutical business partners implement novel solutions for a range of process and operational challenges. Charles is an advocate for change when change represents predictable, measurable results and controlled implementation.
