I was at the helm for the development, implementation, and management of strategic plans and processes to address systemic EHSS Issues; collaborating with CCNA Product Supply System functional areas which included, Platforms, Plants, Business Units, Engineering, Public Affairs, Crisis Resolution, Environmental, Quality, Logistics, Commercialization and the Productivity Center of Excellence. Where necessary, created programs, procedures, and work instructions to assist facilities with their compliance. Routinely used Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.Provided subject matter expert advice in the area of wastewater operation and maintenance to ensure that facilities maintained regulatory compliance and did not receive notices of violation (NOV). This was done through proactive programs that assisted facilities in understanding their wastewater systems and what their potential failure modes were. I have conducted wastewater FMEA workshops at 6 plants. I worked with corporate engineering on wastewater projects (two full wastewater treatment plants and four pH treatment system upgrades) that totaled in excess of $25M.
