At the age of 56, in September of 2017 I retired to begin traveling the globe full time. I've always loved travel, both professionally and personally and will now have the freedom to do it full time. Our planned travel will include extensive sailing, a recreational vehicle and flights abroad. In late Aug, rejoined PIH to provide remote assistance to the newly created Higher Education team within the Community Tracing Collaborative to help MA DPH stay on top of an anticipated spike in Covid-19.

This was a short term "volunteer" (compensation relative to prior skills and experience) to remotely work with Partners In Health to assist the Massachusetts Department of Health and Human Services with Covid-19 Contract Tracing. During the early pandemic surge, supported a diverse client base within the city of Boston. After the initial surge, when the caseload backlog diminished, I volunteered to return to my prior life of retirement. In late August of 2020 I asked to return and assist the newly established Higher Education Contact Tracing Team that enabled in person attendance throughout Massachusetts institutes of higher education. In these roles, I provided direct outcall support to clients as they navigated their Covid-19 journey. I also provided organizational support on the Salesforce.com platform that was utilized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and PIH to capture Covid-19 patient data.
