After working in R&D for 2 years I was able to transition to an Analyst role within Dog Team. Our team maintains a schema of Digestibility data including tables, relationships, stored procedures, views, clustered and non-clustered indexes and triggers. The Database developer program is a intensive hands on, project oriented styled cohort. We systematically learned deep concepts and fundamentals of the SQL, Integration and Reporting Services. Participated in daily stand ups and got real life experience from development to deployment. This year of study included instruction 5 days a week with study sessions on weekends. We determined data storage needs of our clients (small business owners) based on current and best suited practices. As part of Business Intelligence team of 3 we developes, automated, and supported applications to extract, transform, and load data. Investigating and communicating solutions for efficiency and security. Creation of complex queries including joins and stored procedures for use in Report Data Sets.
