Charles Albert Moster is a graduate of Georgetown University (1977) and holds a law degree from Temple University (1984) and an MA from San Diego State University (1979). Mr. Moster is an AV Rated “Preeminent” practicing attorney with over 36 years of experience and Founder/Senior Managing Partner of the Moste Law Firm which has offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Midland, and Lubbock. He chairs the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Sections. Mr. Moster also focuses in the areas of IP litigation, patents, trial practice, commercial law, and technology startups. In addition to his work within the Firm, he is the co-founder of SpeakSoft® a software development company charged with creating the World’s first computer system capable of passing the Turing test.
