I have steered field and factory operations at KTDA(MS) for the last 20 years in different areas and capacities focusing on improving rural livelihoods and empowerment through sustainable agro-production.As the Head of Factory Operations my role entails enhancing institutional capacity of small-scale tea farmer's factory companies, to deliver globally competitive products through operational excellence, technology , capacity building and Innovation.With competencies in agronomy, operational management, marketing management and public policy, I am committed to excellence in quality, efficient production, and compliance with global standards, ensuring access to value chains for the community through market focused production, technology transfer , Innovation, policy advocacy and inclusivity.
