• High quality provision of technical and programmatic advices in support to the UNDP positioning in the UN joint-presence in relation to local governance and local economic development; resilience, peace building and conflict prevention;• Development/formulation and/or review of Concept notes, proposals, programme and project frameworks and ToRs.• High quality contribution to UNDP resources mobilization;• Identification of strategic opportunities/entry points and potential programme areas for cooperation and partnership with UN, non-UN agencies and IFIs, including opportunities for joint programming;• In the framework on concertation between UNDP country office and the UNDP regional platform (Dakar), provide specific support and perform follow up activities for the latter.

Strategic Support to the United Nations Coordination System.1.To lead the provision of strategic guidance to the RC and UN Country Team (UNCT) on effective, quality and timely UN support for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda through the Common Country Analysis (CCA) and UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) as a common UN response to the national development plan (RCPCA) ;2.To initiate, establish and coordinate external partnerships and joint resource mobilization efforts for the development of joint workplans, joint programmes et joint Business Operations Strategy and develop business innovations ;3. To lead and facilitate the development of joint programmes bringing together UNCT and member agencies and the peace mission (MINUSCA) and/ non UN partners, especially the Humanitarian actors ;4. To promote the new way of working and operationalise the Nexus Humanitarian-Peace-Development principles in UN strategic, programmatic et operational interventions ;5.To manage and direct knowledge management and capacity development activities in and outside the UN System ;6.To the Multi-partners Trust Fund (MPTF) and Coordination of the PBF.7.To lead and coordinate overall management of the RCO to ensure efficient and effective substantive coordination support to the RC/UNCT and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
