Following the MBO in October 2015 I have responsibility for developing Whistl's Corporate Strategy, its crucial relationship with Royal Mail and the Legal and Regulatory environment in which it operates.

My time at Royal Mail was split working on the innovative £70million pound investment in Mailmark, the delivery of the PCIDSS project and a range of ad-hoc projects for the Strategy Department.

Consultancy offering services in a range of direct marketing analytics for business to consumer marketing. First six months have already seen some interesting projects. I have catalogued the range of targeting and analytical services used in targeting doordrops, advised on the risks and opportunities associated with the new Downstream Access Contracts and have delivered an insights programme using panel data. Most recently I have devised and rolled out a training programme around efficient mail processing that paid for itself in the first week and is already running at 25% ahead of targeted weekly savings with six months growth and benefit to come.

TNT Post has grown to be the largest competitor to Royal Mail in just 8 years. It now handles close to 25% of all mail through its network, delivering mail to Royal Mail's mail centres for final mile delivery. In 2012 TNT Post commenced the first stage of its own End to End delivery in West London.

CMT (now Acxiom) built and produced leading consumer lifestyle list BehaviourBank and pioneered list scoring using CHAID.

Leading credit reference agency branched into Electoral Roll list sales, screening and the DEFINE geodemographic consumer segmentation system.
