The goal of these studies was the direct measurement of the affinities of T cell receptors with different MHC/peptide complexes. I successfully purified different antibodies, produced different antibody-affinity columns and extracted the two bio-molecules from large batches of culture mutants with the help of Baculovirus protein production systems. I analyzed the proteins by use of ELISA, SDS-PAGE, surface immunofluorence, HPLC again just to mention a few. A program that I completed successfully and with distinction.As a medical representative, my typical day involved one-on-one meetings with doctors, pharmacists or nurses in their offices or places of business to monitor our supply and inform them of the mode of action and indications of the different drugs. I introduced them to new products from our company. In the afternoon, I made hospital calls and met with doctors to dicuss the various products and their uses. Interpersonal skills were required to develop trust and rapport that are a necessary part of the sales process. I was able to manage my time and territory coverage adequately an meet my targets.
