Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance of the products under telemedicine advanced development: Transport Telemedicine System (TTS), Close Area Medical Information Technology (CAMIT), and the Joint Telemedicine Program. Coordinated stakeholders to ensure seamless interoperability across Army and Joint enterprises. Reviewed and updated programmatic documentation. Worked closely with Army stakeholders on the installation and testing of the telemedicine capabilities at validation events and exercises such as demonstrations at PEO Aviation’s Software Engineering Aviation Interoperability Lab and the Network Integration Exercise. Project Manager, Medical Evacuation (Mission Equipment Package) [PM MEDEVAC (MEP)] - Identify and acquire resources for the successful management of the project as it applies to the Black Hawk Helicopters exiting the Recapitalization Program and being converted into MEDEVAC aircraft. This includes working with Project Manager’s Office - Utility Helicopters (PM-UH), Project Developer (PD) MEDEVAC, the Army Medical Department (AMEDD), Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG), Army G4 and G8 and others to ensure lifecycle funding for assigned projects is at a level sufficient to maintain AMEDD Investment Strategy goals. MEDEVAC (MEP) Subsystems include the Medical Mission Sensor, the Interim MEDEVAC Mission Support System, the Advanced Medical Oxygen Generating System, and the Transport Telemedicine Access Point. Ensure that test plans are developed with the assistance of the Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other agencies, documented with relevant signatures/agreements, include appropriate test elements, a timely testing schedule, and completion date, and coordinated efforts that leverage developmental and operational test events. Participate in the Tech Base Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program.

Managed medical materiel systems through the Acquisition Life Cycle.
