Managed ICBM software upgrade programs and code component replacement programs for all ICBM coding operations. Tracked 13K+ equipment items monthly to ensure sustainability. Coordinated NSA and USSTRATCOM dictated annual code change for 3 wings to include annual scheduling, planning, and oversight of operations. Managed a 3-person instructor team responsible for teaching, developing and modifying, 2 training courses for AFGSC. Managed Community College of the Air Force course accreditation and instructor certification requirements. Acted as the command approval authority for technical order changes and validated waivers and depot assistance requests. Managed 1,700+ tools within the Tool Accountability Program and ensured equipment reliability for dispatching teams.
