Working at Cineon Immersive Training as their temporary Operations Director I developed the commercial strategy for a suite of new behavioural training and high risk environment accident preventing software. Projections of the strategy show an increase of turnover from just under £1m to over £3m in the next four years. This role has allowed me to instil my own marketing, accounting, commercial sales, strategy and productivity processes throughout the entire company.

During lockdown, myself and Gemma Jones developed Hop Life. A platform to connect the hospitality sector to their customers and vice versa.Using GEO location tagging the system connects potential customers to local pubs, breweries and distilleries. The platform has been designed to help this area of the hospitality sector to withstand the affects of COVID and post COVID to thrive.

I am currently working with the AI ethics team at Unilever, researching data ethics and its effect on society, planet and industry to ultimately implement a globally recognised data governance strategy. This is part of my MBA program at the University of Exeter, bringing together the skills and education gained over the intensive year and to apply it in a live scenario with deployable deliverables.

Since July 2019 I have been helping the Wotton Printers group in Newton Abbot, Devon with their marketing. After acquiring two local print companies, the business required a more structured marketing approach. Expansion coupled with a rapidly evolving print industry resulted in a new emphasis for marketing and the acquisition of new clients.Since starting my role at Wotton Printers, I have achieved/carried out:- A new CRM system to encourage customer reviews and feedback- Deployed a social media campaign (Facebook, LinkedIn)- Launched a re-marketing e-newsletter campaign with MailChimp- Built and continue to grow a potential client newsletter with MailChimp- Planned and deployed PPC Google AdWord campaigns- Planned and deployed Facebook advertising campaigns- Collated and presented structured analytical reports to the director- Launched a successful ‘quick quote’ system to tackle industry trends and increase conversions- Written and optimised content for the website - Implemented a live chat system on the website to convert users

I am now working for The Property Ladder .net a complete advertising package for all local estate agents and specialists such as builders in Devon. We will soon be launching our pilot paper to over 31,000 households in Teignbridge.My responsibilities at The Property Ladder .net include, managing a large client database, selling packages to clients, boosting our online and local profile and managing our large online directory. As well as planning and implementing a diverse marketing strategy to both boost the local and online exposure of the company.
