Store Manager
Current• Manage retail specialty sporting goods store engaged in selling apparel, footwear, sporting goods and fitness products and accessories• Responsible to supervise and execute procedures to achieve sales goals, provide superior customer service, prevent losses, enforce company policies, implement merchandise plans, maintain high operational standards, enforce store security, recruit and effectively train personnel.• Develop store schedules to insure proper coverage for maximum productivity and customer service while maintaining payroll budget• Act as a role model to all store personnel by providing above and beyond service to all customers and always acting in a professional manner sustaining a high level of sound judgment and positive attitude to promote teamwork and high morale
