Project Engineer
Current• Create accurate 3D models using Solidworks for the design and development of packaged unitsfor handling or processing of fluids. • Conduct classical analysis of skids using STAAD based on the load cases the project calls for and adjust the overall structure to minimize deflections where necessary. • Conduct in-depth model and drawing checks against the cutsheets and specifications that are available.• Coordinate with the shop to ensure the correct material and quantities are ordered and provide support to the trade personnel throughout production. • Review valve, material, and any other relevant mechanical specifications for projects and communicate any discrepancies which need resolution to the project manager. • Schedule and conduct as-built inspections prior to shipping of the units to ensure all changesmade during production are captured in the final drawings.
