• Optimize and execute SARS-CoV-2 pseudotyped virus neutralization assay to assess antibody responses to COVID-19 vaccine candidates• Generate and maintain human lymphocyte cell lines for an in vitro assay to characterize peptide-major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I interactions• Conduct ex vivo ELISpot and proliferation assays to assess specificity of CD8+ T cell responses in patients who control HIV infection to better understand role of CD8+ T cells in drug-free suppression of HIV infection• Analyze experimental data, create figures, and present results at monthly lab meetings and to external collaborators
