Classroom teacher who is responsible for facilitating student progress as well as classroom management within the Alt. Academy at the Mehlville School District.

Supervised a team of 7 who are responsible for facilities maintenance of a 2014 National School of Character award winning Bernard Middle School. In addition to contributing to the education of others; duties include the vigilant upkeep of the safety and security of the 129,997 square foot facility that is home to roughly 700 students and staff.

In 2015 I returned to school in order to get my teacher certification. In order to accomplish this goal, I had to reluctantly relinquish my role as the Head Custodian at Bernard Middle School and accept an evening custodian position at the High School in order to do my student teaching in the day. As of the current date I am now working at Mehlville High School 16 hours a day Monday through Friday.

My duties with SSM Select Physical Therapy included but were not limited to, customer service, insurance verification, patient referrals, patient chart maintenance.

I began my career with SSM as a driver for the Day Institute program. I spent the next six+ years safely transporting patients to and from therapy. During that time I was able to establish a reputation as a caring and dependable employee. I often went above and beyond for both the clientele and for my coworkers. Upon completion of my Associates Degree I was promoted to Rehab Tech.
