• Lead designer and developer of 15 dashboards that assisted Cisco in tracking progress towards goals, increasing profits, improving email performance, and maximizing customer satisfaction. Many of these projects required working with cross-functional stakeholders, in-depth knowledge of cross-database ETL, and domain expertise. • Lead developer and subject matter expert on interactive Tableau dashboards. • Led project to transition some reporting to use Power BI online environment to enable sharing of dashboards with teams that did not have Tableau licenses. This included cost analysis for new licenses, enabling cross-functional sharing of dashboards online, allocating licenses, and setting up online security.• Worked on project to develop a cross-functional dashboard that collects data from reports ran on a unique website in real-time so that users can see user sensitive information important to them from multiple locations in one report. This required row-level security to limit the data displayed based on the user’s permissions. • Work cross-functionally to develop, design, and implement new dashboards in order to successfully measure and report on sales, bookings, data quality and opportunities• Edit, update, and manage 20+ Tableau dashboards• Union, join, and data blending multiple tables to create dashboards that includes data from multiple sources• Optimized statistical efficiency and quality through the use of context filters, SQL queries, Tableau query filters, and Tableau extract improvements• Automated dashboard updates by syncing together automatic refreshes in separate databases and automatic refreshes in Tableau Server. • Manage Tableau Server to ensure that automated refreshes continue to run correctly• Provide ad-hoc reports and dashboards

• Lead developer and analyst on the first fully interactive dashboard on veteran homelessness in San Diego County. This project focused on clear and concise data visualizations • Create and deliver data-driven presentations to educate organizations and government officials about the best ways to serve the homeless; liaise with local organizations and federal representatives to ensure that RTFH continues to release high quality deliverables that exceed community and federal expectations• Responsible for all mapping and spatial analytics within the organization. This has involved creating maps of the homeless population for every city within San Diego County• Co-lead developer and analyst on the first fully interactive dashboard created by the RTFH. This was made using Tableau and required determining Key Performance Indicators, creating a data dictionary, and extensive quality assurance • Responsible for the HUD System Performance Measures for the last two years. These measures are the primary indicators in determining the amount of federal funding the CoC receives • Designed the HMIS San Diego Monitoring Tool. This tool is used to audit homeless projects across San Diego County and ensure they follow the agreed upon Policies and Procedures• Designed and wrote the first comprehensive report on homelessness in San Diego County, a 50-page report that increased community awareness and promoted public recognition of homelessness in San Diego• Use Tableau, SQL, MS Access, and Excel to analyze data and fulfill community data requests • Webmaster for company website. This includes all edits and updates to the RTFH website in response to public feedback and publishing new reports• Modify the countywide HMIS database to comply with changing regulations• Write technical instructional documents to assist in quality assurance and quality control

• Wrote a 65-page report on injuries within San Diego County that included analysis of over 20,000 injuries and educated readers about how to avoid these injuries• Designed studies and analyzed data to assist San Diego County in understanding public health concerns• Presented at the 2015 American Public Health Association Meeting and Exposition (APHA), which is the largest public health conference that occurs in the United States

• Led fMRI (Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans on children with brain disorders. These scans were used for neuroscience based publications• Assisted with the analysis of fMRI data and data collected from face-to-face testing • Worked with an average of 5 children diagnosed with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder each week• Managed and coordinated entry of hundreds of pages of previously un-entered or missing data
