Charging furnace to meet customer specifications of different types of cast aluminum and simple metal through metal analysis and corrections to furnace to meet customers demand also, ensuring the safety of Scrap metal being placed into open bath

Started as Cast House Operator forming part of a team tasked with the production of melting and casting aluminum ingots, SOWs and filling Transfer ladles using over head cranes, forklifts and other machinery.Now working as a Furnace Operator mixing the alloys loaded into the casting furnace, taking samples, analyzing the components of the alloy and adjusting as per customer requirements. Making sureeverything is running as per temperature requirement and informing of any faulty machinery or components (mechanical pumps & components, thermal couplings ect.) and assist with or complete the replacement when necessary.
