Directly responsible for providing close out data for certification of all WAF’s, in accordance with applicable references, instructions, and guidance to include but not limited to Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), General Schedule for Overhaul (GSO), Tag out User’s Manual (TUM), and Navy Safety Technical Manuals (NSTM). Prepared, reviewed and executed numerous Work Authorization Forms (WAFS) during a major Aircraft Carrier Planned Incremental Availability. Proposed and executed complicated system tag-outs to support both Reactor Auxiliaries and Non-Nuclear work on Aircraft Carriers. Ensured Technical Work Documents were mapped in multiple data bases to assist tracking jobs through completion of testing. Assisted with training Ships Force in the latest changes to the Tag-out User’s Manual (TUM) NAVSEA S0400-AD-URM-010. Worked closely with project Test Group Assistant Chief Test Engineer (ACTE), Lead Test Engineer (LTE) in the preparation of Work Controls to support test requirements in accordance with (IAW) NAVSEA S9092-AC-ADM-010 and ships force system demands to meet project schedule.
