Experienced academic leader in the fields of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with senior leadership and management experience in Research Strategy, Inclusion and Diversity, Research Infrastructure Planning, and Workforce Planning.In my institution I seek to create an enabled, collaborative, inclusive, excellent, sustainable and innovative environment for research and learning. In my research I want to understand how the spatial arrangement of biological molecules in complexes dictates their function. I am particularly interested in protein:nucleic acid interactions, and their functions in gene regulatory complexes in eukaryotes.
