Managed pipeline of over 300 active monthly closings, Developed new lender criteria for conducting business with multiple sale operations in Georgia and North Carolina. Developed strategic plans for metro bank consortium with an emphasis on Low/Mod income households. Worked with President level management of 10 major banks, i.e. Bank of America, SunTrust and Wachovia. Developed similar programs through out the US under a national RTC contract, meeting with bank CEO's across country. Developed Board processes as well as First Housing Education Program in the US for Low/Mod income borrowers. Managed $100MM portfolio and process of selling the portfolio to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
