Over 24 years experience working for Lowe's Companies. My first 10 years of employment, I worked in Lowe's Distribution working a variety of positions, which included our quality assurance, inventory, and logistics departments. Lowe's provides excellent opportunities within our distribution network.I was promoted to the corporate office in Wilkesboro, NC in 2003, with starting up an SOS Express replenishment program, with setting up over 30,000 skus for product fulfillment.In 2006, I moved to the headquarters in Mooresville, stremlining barcode related issues and job functions, supporting over 14 merchandising divisions. Within this position, I also onboarded suppliers with our new Product Content Management system. This system collects data from the GDSN (global data syncronization network) for product setup. I also worked on projects that streamlined system validations and worked close with IT with UAT sessions and system enhancements. Our department saw tremendous growth, so in 2010, our department morphed into other departments and my new job function was centered around reporting. For the past 7 years, I've developed all SQL and reporting databases to extract all product information from our PCM system, which includes ad-hoc requests. I've developed over 40 production databases and automated reports, which run utilizing VBA scripts in Access and Excel. We also leverage ETL tools (Alteryx) and BI tools (Tableau) for the creation of dashboards, which gives management insight into metrics related to all product data, data quality, and customer transaction information.
