• Research, find, quote, and sell new and aftermarket parts for NON-CAT machines and Allied machines• Provide support and quotes to all CAT counter representatives, outside sales representatives, and inside sales representatives• Responsible for all warranty, parts ordering, and returns for all branches of CAT Rental Stores• Handle all warranty claims from customers and sales representatives• Responsible for shipping and receiving all parts• Responsible for billing and invoicing parts documents and work orders• Research and quote best possible used CAT parts for all inside and outside sales representatives• Maintain ongoing spreadsheet of all parts documents and customer purchases for follow ups
