Throughout my professional career, I have demonstrated leadership abilities as a Site Utilities Manager, Executive VP, Department Manager and as a Project Manager. Reviewing my resume, you will find my experience includes strong managerial and technical skills for both strategic planning and results-orientated execution involving energy conservation, facilities management, process/manufacturing improvements and value engineering. During my career, I have developed the ability for a high level of written and verbal skills allowing me to interact with diverse individuals from senior staff to the production floor. My experience with both of my engineering companies has shaped my work ethic and contributed to my ability to maintain the owner’s perspective with every decision. I am a self starter and a quick learner that is looking for a contract or full-time position with a company that has an opportunity for an energetic and innovative individual. I started my second company in August of 2003 and was awarded a contract, (1099), with the General Motors Assembly Plant located in Wilmington, Delaware. The contract period was from March 2004 through February 2009. When General Motors announced the closing of the Wilmington plant in 2009, I was asked to take an assignment at the General Motors Lordstown Plant located in Warren, Ohio. This assignment started in March of 2009 and ended in March of 2020 when the plant was sold to Lordstown Motors. I remained on assignment for a few months to help with the transition of the ownership. After 11 years in Ohio, it was time to return to Delaware where I could spend more time with my family.
