I’m dialed in to collaboration on a modern software team doing stand-ups, retro’s, and weekly 1-1’s.I have 8 years of experience working within agile teams daily growing from 150-2000 over my tenure with Pivotal.I began my career at Pivotal Labs working on Pivotal Tracker, a SAAS freemium project management tool. Worked directly with the largest clients and our software team to develop the right features, while also onboarding new teams as partnership manager. I focused on startup teams through Accelerator networks worldwide. Later on we took the product through a visual rebrand creating an entirely new look and modern marketing site to improve customer analytics. At the same time, transitioning our database of user data to a new CRM tool.I was promoted and moved onto the larger Pivotal marketing team to lead digital advertising for our enterprise cloud computing software. I worked closely with stakeholders, brand, and design to create digital ads.
