As a Senior in the People Advisory Services (PAS) practice based in Chicago I have become an integral part of multiple client engagements. PAS has given me exposure to clients in multiple industries and varying mobility needs. As a Senior, I have firsthand experience working on individual income tax returns for cross-border employees. In addition to the tax compliance knowledge, I have taken on a large role in global account management and coordination.

As a People Advisory Services (PAS) Staff I gained firsthand experience working on individual income tax returns for cross-border employees. In addition to my tax compliance knowledge, I had the opportunity to assist in global account management and coordination for multiple large engagements. During my time as a Staff in PAS, I also had the opportunity to work on multiple projects outside of the standard mobility tax compliance work. These projects included a change management role on a global finance system implementation, multiple mobility process improvement projects and a global time and expense system plan.

As a sales associate I worked directly with all of our customers from the beginning of their flooring process to the end. This entitled picking a product that satisfied all of the customers needs and price range. Next ordering the product from our supplier. Then I would schedule and set up our installers with the date specified by the customer. After the install my last step would be to follow up with the customer to ensure maximum satisfaction.
